Toastmaster & Master of Ceremonies Training
3 Day residential Course
The Executive Guild of Toastmasters warmly invites you to join its intensive two-and-a-half-day residential training programme, created to help you develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to become a Professional Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies.
The 2027 course dates are 7–9 April and 1–3 September. The full course fee is £2,500, and a £500 deposit will secure your place.
Across the three days, delegates will enjoy a lively mix of practical training, guided learning, and active role-play, all designed to build confidence and provide hands-on experience in a supportive setting.
The programme takes place at the Kings Arms Hotel in Melksham, Wiltshire — a welcoming market town surrounded by beautiful countryside and just 20 minutes by car from Junction 17 of the M4.
Once you make an enquiry, Eric Gill, Secretary of the Executive Guild of Toastmasters, will be happy to contact you personally, talk you through the course details, and answer any questions you may have.
Distance Learning Toastmaster Training
Not able to stay away on the 3-day course but keen to take part?
Then The Executive Guild of Toastmasters are also delighted to offer a comprehensive distance learning training course, now among the most popular online programmes in the sector.
Designed as the ideal solution for busy delegates, this course enables you to learn and qualify as a Professional Toastmaster from the convenience of your own home - no need to travel to distant classrooms or disrupt your schedule, it is not restricted by geography, is more affordable than traditional classroom teaching, and empowers mature or semi-retired students—especially those with computer and internet access—to progress at their own pace. This self-directed format is perfect for independent learners, though it does require motivation and self-discipline.
Meticulously designed
Priced at just £1500.00, the curriculum is meticulously designed. At its heart lies a comprehensive manual—an indispensable guide filled with expertly crafted and clearly explained ceremonies.
This single volume encompasses an impressive breadth of content, covering every facet of the toastmaster’s role: from orchestrating Traditional Weddings to mastering the protocols of The Toastmaster, and gaining insights into City & Civics as well as The Government.
Upon completion
Upon successful completion for either course, you’ll receive detailed guidance on acquiring the appropriate uniform and regalia, ensuring you are fully prepared for every aspect of a Toastmaster’s professional responsibilities.
