Having spent almost 38 years in the banking industry he understands that delivering customer expectations is vital. Cecil has a friendly, caring and helpful approach and he will work with his customers to ensure a successful conclusion and make the event a memorable experience for everyone.
He will take care of the detailed co-ordination allowing the hosts to relax and enjoy the occasion. Cecil has been trained by Peter York, founder and President of The Executive Guild of Toastmasters and Town Criers.
Cecil is the only member of the Guild based in Northern Ireland although he is prepared to travel further afield.
